OPERATION CONDITIONS / TOUR CONDITIONS
This tour is a combination package made up from multiple Sunrise Tours plans. - A National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or English-speaking assistant will accompany each tour from the meeting point until the tour end. Furthermore, please note that the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or assistant is generally different for each tour. - If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled. - The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 14 days prior to the tour. - If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent. - The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. - A document listing the confirmed meeting time for each day will be provided to customers after their arrival in Japan. - This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour. - For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the Remarks field and contact the tour operator.
EXEMPTIONS/ITINERARY GUARANTEE : ITINERARY/DESTINATIONS
The order of activities and arrival times may differ on the day depending on reasons such as road conditions and congestion at destinations. - Train times may change due to timetable alterations or other reasons. - Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, taxi, etc.). - Seats may not be designated.
IMPORTANT NOTES: REGARDING CHILDREN/INFANTS
Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus and Shinkansen seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate. Also, at some hotels, a facility usage fee will be required. Please pay at the location.
IMPORTANT NOTES/SUPPLEMENTS: REGARDING MEALS
When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals, Muslim-friendly meals, or Indian thali meals (please indicate even when there are no requests). *Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available. *Same-day changes to meals cannot be made for those with dietary restrictions. - For Day 3, a Japanese-style set menu meal will be served. Customers may also choose a vegetarian meal, Muslim-friendly meal, or Indian thali meal. *Muslim-friendly Meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified. *Indian Thali Meals: A vegetarian menu that does not use meat and fish will be served. *During the meal, there will be a wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance, one of Japan's traditional arts performed by the Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai.*1 Please note that the tour may not be able to view the performance in case arrival is considerably delayed due to road conditions, or the tour is unable to reach the intended meal venue. Furthermore, depending on the circumstances of the facility, the performance may be canceled without prior notice. (*1 It has been attracting attention both domestically and internationally as a support for social independence training and artistic activities. By sending customers, Sunrise Tours can create performance opportunities and support their activities.) - For Day 4, a Western-style set menu meal will be served. May be changed to a vegetarian meal. Requests for Muslim-friendly meals and Indian thali meals are not accepted.
